Goals:

Examine current clinical operations towards improving and transitioning to a new setting with a goal of improving patient and staff experience.
Examine best practices aimed at improving patient outcomes such as optimizing length of stay and coordinated integrated care.
Review and provide recommendations for possible technological advances to assist with clinical flow operations and people outcomes.
