Campus and Continuum Clinical Strategies

Goals:

• Examine current best practices locally and throughout continuum, creating recommendations of campus care and continuum needs.

• Establish potential financial gains or requirements with the best practices and coordinate with other groups working on similar strategies.

• Provide strategies to assist hospital flow, i.e. establish admission flow and step down care for people returning to the community.
